Please read the information below regarding these forms:
- Online registration is the easiest way to register for your week(s) of camp -- however, if for some reason you need a paper copy of the registration form, you'll find that below.
- The medical form included below can be filled out when you arrive to your week(s). If you would like more time to fill out the medical form, or will not be bringing your child to camp and would like the opportunity to fill out the medical form yourself, you can download and print the form below and send it with your child to camp. MEDICAL FORMS CANNOT BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.
- The Drop-Off Authorization Form is ONLY required if you are sending your child to camp with another adult. This gives them permission to sign off on paperwork at drop-off for YOUR child.
