If you intend to pay by credit or debit card:
Please click on the PAY NOW button below to continue to the payment page.
We cannot guarantee we will accept credit or debit cards when you arrive at WVCYC due to limited internet access.
​Please Note: You can pay online for multiple campers at once, if you'd like; please make sure you've completed a registration form for each camper prior to payment.

If you intend to pay with cash or check:
You may do so at the registration pavilion when you arrive at WVCYC for your week of camp. 

When you arrive at WVCYC:
Store cards (for snacks & drinks) can be purchased for the week.  ($5.00)
WVCYC merchandise will also be available ranging from $5.00 - $40.00.  (shirts, keychains, hats, etc.)

Due to limited internet access, we cannot guarantee we will accept credit or debit cards when you arrive at WVCYC.
If you'd like to purchase the items listed above at registration, please be prepared with cash or check.

NOTE TO STAFF:

Camper registration fees (tuition) covered approximately 20% of the cost of running camp in 2023.  The board always regrets raising rates, but it has become unavoidably necessary.  Even at this raised rate of $175, the projected coverage of camp cost will still be only about 27%.  The rest must come through fundraisers and donations.  
 
We are deeply appreciative of the sacrifices our staff members make to work a grueling week of church camp.  If you are able, please consider making a donation toward covering the cost of your food and such while at camp (even $25 would be greatly appreciated and helpful).  If you are not able, do not give it a second thought.  This is only a request and there is NO requirement.
