The Sixth Annual Tournament is scheduled for August 8, 2009 at the Mingo Bottom Golf Course near Elizabeth, WV. (It’s just out the road from Mineral Wells, WV.) After three years in the Clarksburg area, we wanted to come back to the Parkersburg area for all those who’ve been faithfully making the long drive the last few years. Be watching for mailings. · Parkersburg area:

Þ Of the five previous WVCYC Golf Tournaments, the last three were held in the Clarksburg area, and one in Harrisville. This year, we are heading back to the Parkersburg area.

Þ Please let us know if you think you might be able to support this event. E-mail andyrobison@juno.com with the number of teams you think you might anticipate from your home congregation. This is not a commitment, but an estimate. We appreciate your support so very much.

Þ Each participant’s entry fee is $60.00. (Thus, a team of 4-man scramble team totals $240.00.)

The 2008 Golf Tournament raised approximately $4500 for the camp. 25 teams competed in the four-man scramble at the Bell-Meadow Course outside Clarksburg.

2nd Place Winners: George Doll, Fred Moore, Bill Hinton, Bob Jackson

2nd Flight Winners: Roger Adams, Bob Hofmann, Dave Boice, Keith Kress

2nd Place Winners: Larry Villers, Ernie Doll, Nick Webb, Delano Hayhurst

Longest Drive: Darren Parks

Closest to the Pin: Jordan Ross
